The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) was established to evaluate a bank's lending activities.  First National Bank of Muscatine is proud of its record in meeting the credit needs of our community.  Of particular importance is our acknowledgment to give special consideration to the financial needs of low and moderate-income groups within our community.  A sample of these services is:

  • No minimum loan amount on real estate loans

  • Free checking with no minimum balances
