SWITCH over Automatic Deposits & Withdrawals |

This is the part that seems like the biggest hassle. So we put together forms to help cut through the clutter. Complete the Direct Deposit Change Form and turn it in at work, to the Social Security Administration, your retirement plan, or any other source of Direct Deposits. Then change automatic payments or withdrawals to be drawn from your new First National Bank account by completing Automatic Withdrawal/Payment Forms.

CLOSE your Old Accounts |
|
|
Wait until you have not had any activity for one full month. Complete the Close My Account Form and send it to your old bank. On the Form you can request your account balance be sent directly to your new account. To protect your privacy, destroy any checks, deposit slips, and ATM/debit cards left.
