Internet Banking Growth reported that  bill pay was featured in a "Tip of the Week" column in the Wall Street Journal.  The article explained how consumers could avoid late fees by putting their bills on "autopilot".  One solution was to set up an online banking account and arrange for payments to be made automatically.
